Waterfront Cottage beach access

Great location With 5 ⭐ Views Positive: This is a show-stopper location that is right on the beach with spectacular sunrises and a beautiful beach. The outside deck is spacious and comfortable for relaxing and for taking in the amazing views. It is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood with easy access to Charlottetown, grocery stores and a few restaurants very close by. You cannot beat this location. The owner/property manager messaged and was available for any concerns as we arrived which was very much appreciated and there is a detailed manual in the cottage with information about various things related to the facilities. It was quite comfortable for my group of four people and all of the basics were included as well as some extras that were not expected. The decor in the cottage is beachy and pleasant. I also appreciated that there is a washer and dryer and decent kitchen appliances as well. Everything was provided in terms of linens, towels and all basic kitchen utensils, small appliances and dishes. Thanks as well for special touches like, -Toys that were provided for kids -A Spacious bathroom with extra storage space for toilietries -Fold up chairs that were great to take to the beach -Beach towels and supplies for the beach -Extra touches like paper coffee filters for the coffee machine, a few dishwashing tabs, a bit of laundry detergent, first aid kit, etc. The owners were very open to feedback and we shared some feedback around a few minor things inside the cottage that should be attended to. Overall, this is a great spot and we would return in a heartbeat. Negative: -There is no barbecue -The cottage could benefit from a fresh coat of paint inside -Living room furniture could benefit from a good steam cleaning -The washing machine needs a good deodorizing / sanitizing to remove odor

great location and cottage vibes for pei! Positive: loved the view! great outdoor space. the living room was nice & cozy. Negative: bunk beds were very creaky and noisy. overall was ok for the 2 nights though.
