Great location and clean, well equipped house. Positive: This home is so well equipped and it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked, laundry services possible and this was welcome, especially with detergent being left for us. I loved the guide to the house and the island. Air conditioning was a blessing in hot weather. Would stay here again.

Positive: Location was good, certainly got better the longer we stayed and wish we had better flexibility with our schedule to take advantage. Absolutely loved being so close to downtown and UPEI. Negative: Area was a bit sketchy at first. Lesson learned, keep your mind open and see the diamond(s) in the rough! Only comment about interior was that there were *a lot* of one person's hair around the street-facing bedroom. Odd, since the rest of the house was so, so clean.

We enjoyed the house would recommend it to our friends. Positive: The location was perfect. Our place was close to everything we wanted to do. Negative: We were not very happy with the lightening in the kitchen.

Quiet property, a bit neglected. Positive: Quiet neighbourhood, kitchen decently stocked with a couple of pots, dishes and utensils. Hot water in shower. Good selection on tv. Negative: Beds in rough shape and very soft and sloped. Couch too soft and food stuff under cushions. Lots of dings in walls- could use a paint job. Faucets in bathroom and kitchen leaking. Candles used up.
