Luxury - King Bed - Downtown

Nice house, modern facilities, great location - everything we wanted. Positive: Nice original looking house outside , modern and very clean inside, with all the facilities you are likely to need. Nice touches included plenty of coffee pods, range of odds and ends if you wanted to cook, cleaning materials, washing machine pods if you needed them and a little yellow duck to say hello to. Good Wifi etc. It's in a great location just a few minutes walk to the sea front and has it's own parking space at the rear (slightly tight driving between the houses if you have a large vehicle). We didn't cook as there were lots of places very close for breakfast (such as The Kettle Black) and we ate in the evenings but oven, microwave, hob all very good. I did use the kettle (with a whistle) on the hob to boil the water for tea. Perfect place for 2 couples (4 adults) for several nights. I even saw a pair of probably Hairy Woodpeckers on the tree at the rear. Negative: Minor: Shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom needs adjusting to keep all the water in the shower tray.

Positive: Location was great for walking to downtown, waterfront, boardwalk in Victoria Park.
